With an early background in still photography and 8mm filmmaking throughout high school, Godfrey Jordan attended York University and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Film Program.
Freelance work has taken him to New Zealand, Ireland, the Kennedy Space Centre, New York, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Colorado Springs, Houston, Dallas, etc. as well as a number of Canadian locales.
Screenplays have been optioned and grants awarded by various arts organizations. At Humber College for two years he taught Scriptwriting and Film Direction.
He is a past resident of the Canadian Film Centre, a member of the Writers Guild of Canada and as a government communications specialist produced numerous documentaries and award-winning corporate videos.
Currently via Televation Media Inc there are two independent documentary programs in development. As well, TMI represents several film projects that have received script development funding, including a major historical drama, "HOME FREE."
